It's Time...for a SHOWDOWN!!!

On Saturday, February 8, 2014, in the Context of Part 57 of His weekly series, "The Time and What Must be Done," the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan made the following statement:

"I, Louis Farrakhan, am your last chance, and I am issuing 'The Final Call.'  Believe it or not, I am the true vicegerent of The Mahdi; or The Christ, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad.  And now I say to the pope, and all the lovers of Jesus, if you desire, let’s have a 'showdown':  You call the 'Jesus' that you know, and I’ll call on The Jesus that I know—and let’s see which one of us really knows Jesus.

"Yes!  There are 1,500 of these Wheels!  I believe in Jesus …  I believe Him to be The Christ!  And we have, all over the world, a right to love Jesus; but it’s better to love him with knowledge, than to love him in the way that he is being represented.  All of you Baal prophets and hypocrites:  Join altogether!  All of you that condemn me:   See if you have the power, all of you together, to call The Christ, The Master of The Wheel; and let Him bring them down, all 1,500 of them!

"You go ahead and try to call The Wheels down; since 'Jesus is up there'—and He is The Master of that Wheel; and I’ll make a call to The Jesus that I know and represent, and let’s see which one of us He’ll answer.  Remember 'The Showdown' between Elijah and the Baal prophets, and how Elijah brought down 'fire from heaven'?  (1 Kings, 18:16-40)  Well, if we call:  They’ll bring down fire from heaven.

"Now, be careful; because when The Showdown came, and the Baal prophets did not prevail:  Elijah killed every single one of them.  So please …  Please be careful of the evil that you are planning against us."

What, exactly, is a "showdown"?

showdown:
-a conclusive settlement of an issue, difference, etc., in which all resources, power, or the like, are used; decisive confrontation.
-a final test or confrontation intended to settle a dispute.
-a meeting, argument, fight, etc., that will finally settle a disagreement between people or groups.
-(poker)  the exposing of the cards in the players' hands on the table at the end of the game .


Given the above definitions, what is the "issue," "dispute," or "disagreement" that would be "settled," once and for all, by the "Showdown" proposed by the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan?  What would such a "showdown" PROVE?

In Point Number 12 of "What the Muslims Believe," by the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, we read:

"WE BELIEVE that Allah (God) appeared in the Person of Master W. Fard Muhammad, July, 1930; the long-awaited 'Messiah' of the Christians and the 'Mahdi' of the Muslims.

"We believe further and lastly that Allah is God and besides HIM there is no god and He will bring about a universal government of peace wherein we all can live in peace together."


This Point, in my view, is a critical point of "issue", "dispute" and "disagreement" between the Followers of the Teachings of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad and the rest of the world of Religion who, in one form or another, is awaiting the appearance of a "Christ", "Messiah", or "Mahdi" Figure at the end of this present world's Time.

According to the Scriptures - both Bible and Qur'an - leading up to the Appearance of this Christ/Messiah/Mahdi Figure, God allows the wicked, led by Satan (knowingly or unknowingly), freedom to exercise the power of rulership over the  people of the Earth.  These wicked rulers will have literally taken over all the institutions of man - Government, Education, Religion, etc. - by DECEPTION, and will thus have been ACCEPTED as "the rulers" by the vast majority of the people of our planet...again, by GOD's PERMISSION.

Also, according to the Scriptures, we are told that when this "Christ" Figure appears, He will start a MOVEMENT to RECLAIM, RESURRECT and RESTORE the Victims of these wicked, Satanic rulers; and that Movement - because of the unwillingness of the wicked to accept RIGHTEOUSNESS - will eventually culminate in a FINAL CONTEST...a "SHOWDOWN"...between the GOD of RIGHTEOUSNESS, in the Person of this "CHRIST" Figure, and the god of THIS WORLD, who is SATAN.

This "Showdown" in Scripture is described as not only NECESSARY, but INEVITABLE!  It is both NECESSARY and INEVITABLE for the Salvation of God's Chosen People, for the Survival of the Human Family, and for the PERFECT and PERMANENT Establishment of God's Peace on Earth.

Since 1931 (83 years), The Honorable Elijah Muhammad has taught us that this "Christ" or "Messiah" Figure - this "Mahdi" - Who was to come...HAS COME, in the Person of MASTER W. FARD MUHAMMAD.  Naturally, such a claim is a CHALLENGE to the "religious authority" of the established religious "orthodoxy" who have long been relishing the notion that THEY are the "chosen of God"; and naturally, such a claim sparks disagreement and debate, and even inspires some to actively oppose those who uphold this Claim/Belief.

The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan, on the One Hand, has taken the Position that "Point Number 12" is RIGHT and EXACT, and has boldly declared to the World that He Represents the Messiah (The Christ) AND the Mahdi.  On the OTHER hand, the REST OF THE WORLD OF RELIGION has taken a position of varying degrees of "disagreement", from mild to vehement.

This dispute, this disagreement, this issue, has been raging in Religious Circles all over the earth for the past 83 years!  Since the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan is NOT BACKING DOWN from His Position, and since the world of religion, along with the world of politics/government, does not appear willing to back down from their disagreement or rejection of His Position; then HOW, WHEN and BY WHOM shall this issue be finally settled, once and for all?  Might it require...a SHOWDOWN?

The protracted struggle between "Moses and Aaron" and "Pharaoh" (Ruler), over the Liberation of the Children of Israel, culminated in a SHOWDOWN...which Pharaoh lost.

The struggle between "Elijah" and the "Baal Prophets" (Religious Orthodoxy) resulted, eventually, in a SHOWDOWN...which the Baal prophets lost.

WHY did they lose?  It was because they, in their pride and arrogance, could not accept...and could not SEE...that the Messenger that God sent to them was, indeed, "God-Sent".  So, instead of bowing in submission to the Will of God as expressed through their Prophets, they preferred a Showdown.

History records that these wicked people were the losers, and the masses who were under their influence were finally freed from that influence...that is, those who had the good sense to acknowledge God's Prophets.

Fast forward to Present Time...  The Hon. Louis Farrakhan has invited "The Pope" and "all who love Jesus" (though they don't really KNOW Jesus) to a SHOWDOWN...because it is TIME that the TRUTH of JESUS be made KNOWN, so that we NO LONGER have to rely on "tradition" and "belief".  It's Time to for the world to KNOW who Jesus is, so that those who have been DECEIVED in JESUS' NAME may have an opportunity to be SET FREE from their spiritual bondage by the TRUTH of the PRESENCE of Jesus.

In my opinion, ALL who LOVE Jesus should WANT this issue...this dispute...this disagreement...to be settled Once and for All, so that we can KNOW we are following the TRUE Jesus, and have Life more abundantly.  Not a "showdown" between the FOLLOWERS of Jesus...but a Showdown between the LEADERSHIP who claim to REPRESENT Jesus to the People!

I, for one, would LOVE to see such a Showdown, because I am SURE that the Honorable Minister Louis FARRAKHAN, by the Power of Almighty God, ALLAH; and in the Name of the TRUE and LIVING "JESUS" - the Honorable ELIJAH MUHAMMAD - will be The Winner!

"Kill Them All!"

On Monday, April 15, 2013, it was reported in the news that two explosions devastated persons and property near the finish line of the Boston Marathon, leaving at least two dead, and several more injured, according to various reports.

Being a Muslim, myself, when I first heard the news - before there was any open speculation in the media about WHO may have done such a thing, and WHY - I must admit I became somewhat anxious, being keenly aware of the growing "Anti-Islam" sentiment in the United States of America. Aside from the natural concern for the victims and their families, I couldn't help but wonder "who will get the blame for this one."
Not long after I reluctantly acknowledged my own cynicism, it turned out that my anxiety was justified.

Report after report began to suggest that this was an act of "terror", which we all know, in America, is all but completely synonymous with "Islam", "Radical Islam", "Islamic Fundamentalism", "Islamism", etc. I wasn't terribly upset by these "rushes" to judgement, since I - along with countless other Muslims in America and around the world, no doubt - have been exposed to this kind of paranoid sensationalism too many times in the past to recall. I didn't like it...but it was nothing new, unfortunately.

Naturally, I wanted to follow the news reports to get an idea, not just of the impact of this terrible incident on the immediate victims and on that area, but also an idea of just "what direction" this coverage would take. Unfortunately, my expectations were not disappointed...but, again, it wasn't the first time.

Then, it happened. Something caught my attention that I never thought I would see in a situation so sensitive and potentially volatile. It was being put out on the internet that a certain FOX NEWS correspondent shared via his Twitter account that "Muslims are evil. Let's kill them all."

"Muslims are evil. Let's kill them all."

"Let's...kill...them all."

This was a first...for me anyway. Then, to add insult to injury, it was put out that the "Correspondnent" who allegedly made such irresponsible and "evil" remarks...is a BLACK MAN. The implications of this scenario soon began to make my head spin. Here is a Black Man in America (if the account is true), the descendant of Slaves and a by-product of the worst and most heinous treatment (slavery) ever meted out against another people in the annals of history, which has left Our people totally DEVOID of any knowledge of our True Identity, History and Destiny; and yet he ALIGNS himself with the very Architects of the Demise of his/our People, and never ONCE voiced any such sentiment as "Let's kill them all" in regards to the slavemasters and their children.

Yet, in the wake of a terrible incident, without a grasp or knowledge of all the relevant facts of the incident, he felt it appropriate to call for the MURDER of "ALL MUSLIMS". (And even if it was someone else POSING as this man, making such an incendiary remark, why do we not hear his voice CONDEMNING it?)

You don't have to be a "Muslim" to find such a statement reprehensible. Any person of sincerely Good Will towards his or her fellow man would be deeply insulted and hurt by such a vile expression...PARTICULARLY over the AIRWAVES where it was carried throughout the world.

"Muslims are evil. Let's kill them all."

In 2011, the global Muslim population was estimated to be around 2.2 Billion. That's approximately 2 Billlion, 200 Million...HUMAN BEINGS - men, women, children; Asia, Africa, Europe, the Americas, the Middle East. Again, that is 2,200,000,000 HUMAN BEINGS - more than the population of the United States - who Believe in Allah (God), His Prophets (among them Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, Muhammad, and others), His Revealed Word (specifically the Holy Qur'an), His Angels, the Resurrection, and the Judgement.  2 BILLION, 200 MILLION HUMAN BEINGS who, as MUSLIMS, BELIEVE in the Principles of PRAYER, CHARITY (in its broadest sense), FASTING, HAJJ (Pilgrimage to the Holy City, Mecca), and JIHAD (struggle against the inclination to sin); and who Believe and Follow the injunction given by Allah in the Holy Qur'an to "be not aggressive, for surely Allah loves not the aggressor".

 

2.2 BILLION HUMAN BEINGS...who Believe in the sanctity of MARRIAGE, the value of FAMILY, and the promotion of Good Will in the Society.

 

"...Let's (let us)...kill...them all..."

 

To put things in perspective, consider this:

 

Count/Add up ALL those "Muslims" deemed to be a "threat" to America, whether by deeds COMMITTED, or by deeds THREATENED, add them up.  WHAT PERCENTAGE of the 2 BILLION, 200 MILLION would this "radical" element amount to?

 

Are there those who CALL themselves "Muslim" and yet do EVIL in the NAME of Islam?  Certainly...just as there are those who do the same in the name of JESUS, or in the name of LIBERTY and DEMOCRACY.  Should WHOLE POPULATIONS be sentenced to DEATH for the alleged misdeeds of a comparatively MINISCULE minority?  Is that a SANE course of action?  Is that a RIGHTEOUS attitude?  Or, is it EVIL?

 

Should we - Human Beings who have accepted Islam as our way of Life - Our wives, our Children and our Believing Community be "killed" (2.2 BILLION of us) simply because of the misdeeds of a comparatively miniscule minority?  We seek only Peace, Freedom, Justice and Equality under the Banner of Islam. We assert our God-Given Right to DEFEND ourselves if we are ATTACKED, but we do not SEEK to destroy the Peace and Lives of any.  We desire only to be allowed to Live the Faith that we have accepted, to serve the God of Creation in Peace...and for this, we should be "killed"?

 

For a Black Man in America, one of the children of the slaves, to harbor such vile hatred and impudence toward a whole segment (nearly 33%) of the Human Family is an affront not only to the decency of his people whose suffering has made them ACUTELY sensitive to the pain of others, but to the very sensibilities of Humanity.

 

"Muslims are evil.  Let's kill them all."

 

No, Mr. Rush.  Muslims are not evil; and the heart and mind which conceived such utterance is certainly not Righteous.

For starters, let us set a context:

"...what do we mean when we say time. We mean the distance of one point taking us so long and so long to get to other point. We’re counting the time that’s between the two objects. So, it means that we have motion, and motion makes time. We cannot have any reading of time until we set up motion. When we read how long it takes between this motion and that motion to reach each other, we can say it like this for further understanding. If motion is made, we calculate how long that motion takes to meet with another motion or object."

"Time, when did it start? It started way back, a long ways back. It started when the first motion of an atom moved out of darkness. When that atom moves, it spelled time. That was, according to the teachings of Allah to me, was something around about 76 trillion years ago."

From the Time of the Beginning of God and His Creation, Trillions of years ago, the whole Universe has been set in MOTION towards a Goal.  What is that Goal?

Since the Beginning of Time - which is the beginning of Motion - The Originator and the Original People have been engaged in a Process of "Self-Improvement" as a "Basis for Community Development".  The "Self" that is being Improved is God, Himself (and His People); and the "Community" that is being Developed - in the broadest sense - is the Universe; and this Process has been going on, as the Honorable Elijah Muhammad has Taught us, for Trillions of years!

The most recent "phase" in this Process involves the final and full Manifestation of the DEFECTS in the Original Man, so that those defects can be Studied, Overcome and REMOVED, once and for all, so that We will be Free to manifest our full potential of Divinity, Beauty and Power as the Direct Descendants of God, Himself!

This most recent phase of the full manifestation of the defects in the Human Being was introduced into Our Time (Motion) by a man named Yakub, over 6,000 years ago.

The Honorable Elijah Muhammad taught us that Yakub was "born witha determined idea" to make a people unalike the Original, who would rule and deceive the Original People for a period of 6,000 years.  So there was a Time set for its beginning, and a Time set for its End.

During this 6,000 year period, this new people would evolve and "perfect" the science of "tricks and lies" to master the Original Man.  This is seen in growth of the "serpent" in Genesis (Bible) into a "Dragon" in Revelation.  But after that time, it is written that God would Come, Himself, to put an END to Satan's rule, and to Offer Humanity a way out of the destruction of Satan and his world.

QUESTION:  "Where are we NOW in this recent "trouble making" phase in the Process of "Self-Improvement" toward Self-Mastery?  How far along are we in this 6,000 year period?

WHAT TIME IS IT???

The Honorable Elijah Muhammad taught us that we are living, NOW, in the Time of the END of Yakub's world, or SATAN's World  (Not that Yakub was "Satan", but that Yakub's PEOPLE have BECOME "Satan"), and that this world's time ended in the year, 1914.

What does that mean for YOU and ME, who were "born into" this world and have ACCEPTED this world as "our" world?

God, in the Bible, said, "Let us make man in our image, after our likeness...".  This tells us that the Nature of MAN is to REFLECT GOD.  The Honorable Elijah Muhammad asked us the question, "Who is the Original Man?"  He also gave us the Answer: "The Original Man is the Asiatic Black Man - the Maker, the Owner, the Cream of the planet Earth, God of the Universe."

Well, Satan - the enemy of God - also had a plan for Man, to take the Original Man and "remake" him after "his" (devil's) image and likeness.  His aim was to "color" or "pollute" the Nature of the Original Man and thus make him unfit to serve God's Purpose!  The question is, "Was he successful?"

Who do we resemble more, in 2013...God?  Or the Devil?  When we look at the behavior of the people of today, WHO do you think would be more pleased with the way things are...God?  Or Satan?

What does the end of Satan's rule mean for YOU and ME if we are in the "image and likeness" of Satan?

What do we need to DO to Escape the Punishment that God has lined up for America and this world?
"What Must be Done?"

The Short answer is, We must HEED the "Final Call", and Follow the One through Whom the Call is being made - The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan!!

For OVER 50 YEARS, the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan has been a Faithful Voice of Guidance and Warning, "crying in the wilderness" of North America and the world, striving to make known the Great Commission of his Father...and Our Father...the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, who was Raised by God, Himself, from among Black People in America to let the WORLD know that the Time of this world is at hand.

Minister Farrakhan has faced, and by the Grace of Almighty God, Overcome TREMENDOUS opposition, both from "spiritual wickedness in high places" and from "the dust of the earth", and he has NEVER compromised the MISSION of His Father to Raise our People up from the Grave of Mental and Spiritual death.  He is a "tried stone", and is fit to be the "headstone of the corner" of a New Reality Authored by God, Himself, and His Christ!

In the Bible, God says of Jesus, "This is my Beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.  Hear ye him."

Jesus, in the Bible, said to his disciples: "If you continue in my word, then are you my disciples indeed; and you shall know the Truth, and the Truth shall make you free."

If we desire to be "freed" from the consequences of The Time; if we desire to be free from the poisonous effects of this world, then we would ALL do well do LISTEN to the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan and REFLECT DEEPLY on His Words!

The Question is, "How much TIME do we THINK we have to Answer the Call?"

In Physics, we learn that a "free-falling body" accelerates toward the earth at the rate of 32ft/s per second.  That means that EVERY SECOND that an object is in "free fall", it's speed and momentum INCREASES by 32 feet per second.  After ONE second, the speed is 32 ft/s.  After TWO seconds, the speed is 64 ft/s.  After THREE seconds, the speed is 96 ft/s....and so on...

HOW LONG has AMERICA been FALLING?
How many SECONDS?
How many MINUTES?
How many HOURS?
How many YEARS has THIS world been FALLING, and what will be the RESULT upon IMPACT at "Ground Zero"?

What "Must be Done" to escape the Catastrophic "crash" of this world?

In the Bible, God Pleads with us: "Come out of her my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues."

Who will answer the Call of God?  Whosoever will, let him come...

Reflecting on "Django: Unchained"

In the Name of Allah - the Beneficent, the Merciful:

First off, I will say that this movie is one of Quentin Tarantino's best, most powerful, and probably most controversial and eccentric productions to date.

No, I'm NOT going to spoil it for you and give the story line away (smile).

What I will do, however, is express some of my CONCERNS about this movie, which, by the way, have nothing to do with a certain black director's criticism of the film.

For starters, I have to be honest and say that I was a bit disappointed by the characterization of the players in the film, and of the time period.  But then, I had to remember, "this is not INTENDED to be a DOCUMENTARY!  It's a MOVIE...an ENTERTAINMENT...by...QUENTIN TARANTINO!  Nuff said...

Aside from that, allow me to provide a context in which to view this movie - about a "black man" going around killing "white people" - from the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan (Regarding the Possibility of President Barak Obama being re-elected in 2012):

Imagine...A nation populated and run by people who have ALWAYS FEARED and HATED the Black Man and Woman and the idea of their RISE; people who FULLY BELIEVE that America - and everything in it - BELONGS to THEM; whose HISTORY shows them to be HATERS and EAGER MURDERERS of Black People; now having to entertain the very real possibility of "their country" being run by a "NI**ER" for "another four years".

The PROOF of this "white anxiety" is seen in another sharp increase in the sale/purchase of GUNS and AMMUNITION by WHITE PEOPLE who believe "their country" has been "taken from them."  Additional proof of this anxiety can be seen in the sudden increase in incidents of WHITE MEN SHOOTING DOWN UNARMED BLACK MEN since the re-election of our President.

Reflect, for a moment, on the image of three black men hanging from a tree...with white men, women and children crowded around the corpses, posing for a picture that will later be used as a POSTCARD to be bought, sold and exchanged among white people.  This is what happens when white racists get "anxious" about Black People...

Now, reflect, for a moment, on the expressions on the faces of those white reporters and commentators covering the re-election of President Obama.  What did you see?  Did you see "joy" in their faces?  Did you see "celebration" in their eyes?  Or did you see HATRED??  Or, were you even paying attention???

Too busy CELEBRATING, I guess...

Remember, these are people who have MURDER in their NATURE...people who have PROVEN and DEMONSTRATED, from the birth of this nation to the present, their willingness to steal, kill and destroy...even against THEIR OWN kind.  These are MERCILESS BEASTS who will not hesitate to slaughter ENTIRE POPULATIONS if it suits their agenda; people with an INSATIABLE LUST for the BLOOD of the INNOCENT...and they are ANGRY, now, that a "NI**ER" is "over" them as President.

This sentiment is NOT limited to the ruling class, but extends to the middle and lower classes of white America.  They see their country falling apart, and are frantic to try and stop it, and the LAST THING they want to see is a BLACK MAN wielding AUTHORITY over them!

Enter, "DJango: Unchained". [Subliminal message: "This is what happens when you let ni**ers run loose"]

White America, for the most part, is filled with anger and hatred (rooted in FEAR), as mentioned above.  Now, a movie comes out, that will be seen ALL OVER AMERICA, by White People, Black People, Brown People, and everything in between...ALL OF WHOM are living in the Context of the racial climate alluded to earlier.

WHY are BLACK people coming to see the movie?  How will they react?

WHY are WHITE people coming to see the movie?  How will THEY react?

Do you REALLY think the MOTIVES and the REACTIONS of the two groups are the SAME?

If you have seen the movie, were there Black people in the theatre?  Where there White people there? 

Did you happen to NOTICE and COMPARE the REACTIONS of each group?  If so, what did you see?  If not, WHY NOT???

If YOU were a "white person" watching this film, what would it inspire in you?  How would the MOVIE affect your view of Black People?  How would you - as a "white person" - be affected to see BLACK PEOPLE cheering and laughing in the theatre, and applauding at the end?

How will Black People (both the wise and the ignorant) walk away from this film?  How will White people (both wise and ignorant) walk away from it?  Where will they go?  What will they do?

How will this movie's effect on the viewers affect American Society?  Is "Django: Unchained" just a "movie" by a controversial, eccentric producer/director?  Or, is it a spark in a room of flammable gas?

Time will tell...
